Associate Product Manager

Summary

You will play a key role in developing and supporting core applications used by hundreds of users. This position offers the opportunity to own and drive the evolution of one or more product lines. Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning applications
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience in building and promoting business cases to drive product development
• Proficiency in iterative software delivery methodologies
• Proven track record of shipping and managing products with cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences and drive decision-making
• Skilled in listening to customer feedback, ideating solutions, and optimizing products based on user needs and market trends

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of one or more product lines, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and milestones
• Collaborate with your team to estimate, implement, and prioritize features, ensuring the highest impact initiatives are addressed
• Deeply understand user needs, map user journeys, and build solutions that address pain points
• Define features, write specifications and user stories, create wireframes and prototypes, and manage release checklists and communications
• Work closely with engineering, UI/UX design, operations, business, and other cross-functional teams to manage daily workflows and ensure seamless product development
• Act as a liaison between your team and Business, Engineering, and Marketing leadership, effectively communicating product functionality and incorporating feedback
• Leverage Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies to enhance product features and functionality
• Collaborate with data science teams to integrate AI-driven insights into the product
• Thrive in an agile environment by continuously iterating, optimizing, and ideating based on user feedback and market trends
• Utilize product analytics tools, user behavior analytics, and reporting tools to drive data-informed decisions and optimizations
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, well-crafted products that delight our users

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Experience working with US customers and vendors on technology and product-based partnerships
• Experience with GenAI/ML products, product analytics tools, user behavior analytics, and reporting tools
• High energy, self-starter with a passion for learning new technologies
• Previous experience in a startup environment
