Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or AI-driven environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven product development processes
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycles from concept to launch
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data and AI concepts into actionable product strategies
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in agile project management tools and methodologies including Atlassian suite

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI products
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Data, Technology, and Product teams to develop AI-powered solutions
  • Gather and prioritise product requirements, working closely with business stakeholders
  • Engage with key stakeholders across various business units to gather insights and communicate progress
  • Maintain a continuous discovery and feedback loop to refine product requirements
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive the development and adoption of GenAI products
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products in the GenAI space
  • Support and participate in user research activities to understand customer pain points, behaviours and needs
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality GenAI products
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Track and report on product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve products
  • Work closely with the Data and Product teams to ensure seamless integration of GenAI products with Lendiโ€™s architecture and AI strategy
  • Assist in identifying and prioritising data sources, tools, and technologies necessary for developing and scaling GenAI products
  • Champion the voice of the customer and broker in all product decisions, ensuring that GenAI products deliver value and enhance the overall user experience
  • Develop clear and compelling product messaging that resonates with both internal and external customers
