Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree (BA/BS in a relevant field)
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial marketing or related business roles; healthcare/pharma/biotech experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and vendors and successfully execute projects
  • Creative and analytical skills to develop impactful marketing materials
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of annual marketing plans, including messaging, tactics, and budgeting
  • Lead key HCP-focused marketing initiatives such as: Speaker Bureau: Plan and execute peer-to-peer programs aligned with brand strategies
  • Lead key HCP-focused marketing initiatives such as: Congresses and Conferences: Manage logistical planning, execution, and onsite support for national and regional meetings
  • Lead key HCP-focused marketing initiatives such as: HCP Promotional Content: Oversee the development of speaker program materials, KOL videos, and conference materials
  • Manage external agency vendors, ensuring quality and compliance with budgets and timelines
  • Optimize peer-to-peer campaigns and congress strategies using analytics and feedback
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and maintain command of the disease state, product, competition, and payer landscape

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years in a similar pharma/agency role
