Associate Product Manager

Requirements

• Have 1–2 years in product, growth, or a similarly analytical role (startup internship counts)
• Love talking to users and can turn raw feedback into clear problem statements
• Can write crisp docs and user stories that engineers appreciate
• Thrive in ambiguity, self‑prioritize, and default to action

Responsibilities

• Gather insights—run user interviews, dig into analytics, map JTBDs and pain points
• Draft lightweight PRDs, define success metrics, and keep the scope laser‑focused
• Manage sprints, write tickets, QA features, and remove blockers
• Coordinate design hand‑offs and ensure pixel‑perfect implementation
• Launch, instrument, and analyze—iterate based on retention, activation, and revenue data
• Document learnings, keep the roadmap current, and share progress with stakeholders
• Deliver at least one user‑facing release every 4–6 weeks that hits agreed KPIs
• Cut feature‑to‑insight cycle time to <14 days via structured user testing and metrics dashboards
• Create clear templates for PRDs, spec reviews, and experiment tracking that let the team move 2× faster

Preferred Qualifications

• Are comfortable with metrics—SQL, Mixpanel, or basic Python/Sheets analysis a plus
• Want founder‑level visibility and a steep learning curve in AI, SaaS, and automation
