You will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and facilitating responses to sponsor Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This hybrid/remote role involves collaborating with various departments to develop win strategies and compelling proposal content. Key tasks include managing RFP activities, coordinating team contributions, and ensuring on-time submissions. The ideal candidate possesses a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, 0-2 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent in a writing/journalism, business or health-related degree or the ability to prove comparable equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field of study
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge of GxP
- GDPR/HIPAA, CFR/CTR/CTD and applicable (local) regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective at problem solving, strategic thinking and conflict resolution
- Strong presentation and networking capabilities
- Excellent organizational, negotiating and financial skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written English language communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure when faced with multiple, time-sensitive priorities
- Ability to accurately interpret request for proposal questions and write clear and articulate responses
- Good organization skills, writing skills, multitasking abilities, detail oriented and function successfully in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to independently manage three deliverables in varying stages at any given time (clinical) without compromising quality

Responsibilities
- Manages overall RFP activities - from initial receipt to final submission to the client - to ensure an on-time submission
- Participates in team alignment calls and strategy discussions to clarify scope of work, gains insights into the business opportunity, understands key messages, and develop win themes
- Coordinates the contributions of team members to create high quality responses via management of project workflow through the RFP process
- Formats, proofreads and edits the budget for accuracy, clarity, and readability
- Supports other Business Development activities as needed
- Works with Part I/II functionality in the costing tool with oversight
- Supports other Business Development activities as needed
- Completes all duties and assignments accurately and in a timely manner
- Complies with Allucent’s QMA, established policies and procedures, and achievement of the quality objectives
- Contributes to other areas of business as required
