You will collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, acting as a trusted advisor to build strong relationships and deliver best-in-class content. Responsibilities include line management, mentorship, and reviewing junior team members' work. The ideal candidate possesses key therapy area knowledge (respiratory, immunology, or infectious diseases) and a commitment to quality. This position offers flexibility, with remote work options within the UK or hybrid arrangements at various office locations.
Requirements
- Have key therapy area knowledge in respiratory, immunology or infectious diseases
- Have demonstrable Medical Communications agency experience
- Commitment to quality
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Support both publications and medical affairs activities
- Create high-quality scientific content to support products
- Work closely with colleagues and clients as a trusted advisor
- Build long-lasting relationships and develop the account
- Build on your scientific knowledge to understand, analyse and assimilate market, therapy area and product information
- Contribute to conversations with the senior team and clients with a focus on ensuring your teamβs success
- Maintain a positive attitude, instilling pride in the team for the work produced
- Line management, mentorship, and reviewing work of junior team members
- Content delivery will include publications (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, oral presentations) and medical affairs materials (slide decks, symposia, infographics) within established teams
