Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Entry-level to 2 years of experience in software development or a related technical role
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Engineering, DevOps, SQA, and Technical Support teams to develop and maintain software solutions
• Participate in the design, implementation, and testing of new features and enhancements
• Assist in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems and applications
• Adhere to best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
• Work under the guidance of senior team members to develop technical skills and expertise
• Contribute to the improvement of project timelines, deliverables, and resource management
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Support the implementation and monitoring of DevOps practices, including CI/CD
• Participate in quality assurance and testing processes
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal and external stakeholders
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into the development workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Internship or prior experience in a similar industry or domain
