Associate Solution Architect

Requirements

• Obtain a Bachelor’s degree or related experience
• Have 3-4 years in a solution architecture, consulting, or solution management role
• Possess proven experience as a Front-End Developer, Solution Architect or similar role- working at a NPO, tech company or agency providing solutions for the NPO industry
• Have at least 4 years of experience in digital technology, digital solution deployment, and web development
• Demonstrate proficiency in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Have experience with cloud architecture, CMSs, CDNs, tag management systems, cookie consent systems, and digital analytics tools
• Demonstrate experience building websites and landing pages
• Possess a strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders
• Have creative problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions in fast-paced environments
• Possess a collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team members and foster a positive working environment

Responsibilities

• Create tailored demonstrations (e.g., websites, landing pages) that highlight the unique capabilities and benefits of our platform for potential customers
• Design and deliver POCs that address prospect requirements, demonstrating technical feasibility and alignment with client goals
• Work closely with Sales, Solution Engineers, Partner, and Product teams to align demo content and POCs with prospect needs and strategic objectives
• Offer technical support and mentorship to the Solution Engineering team, focusing on SMB and Mid-Market prospects
• Engage in technical discovery with prospects to understand requirements and translate them into functional demo solutions
• Develop technical documentation, guides, and processes to streamline demo and POC development
• Contribute to improving the demo and POC process, ensuring that solutions are scalable, repeatable, and innovative
• Support pre-sales engagements by articulating technical details clearly and addressing prospect concerns

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience of working with Eastern European product and engineering teams is a plus
