Associate Solution Engineer

Summary

The job is for an Associate Solution Engineer at Appian's Mexico City office. The role involves providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams. The candidate should have a strong interest in software development, experience or interest in programming/scripting languages, data analytics, RDBMS platforms, and systems administration.

Requirements

• Strong interest in software development (but not wanting to focus on coding all day)
• Interest or experience in programming/scripting languages (e.g. Python, Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, PHP)
• Interest or experience in data analytics, RDBMS platforms (e.g. MySql, Oracle, SQL Server), and systems administration (e.g. Linux, Windows)
• Bachelor's degree focused on Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and Systems, Mathematics or related degree program
• Flexibility to provide after business hours support (rotation every 10-15 weeks)
• Bilingual or Business proficiency of the English language

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, world-class technical support (verbal/written) to our customers and our highest stakeholders around the globe
• Tackle technical challenges and communicate your work across a variety of departments
