The candidate should have 1+ years of experience in the MarTech industry, be comfortable with HTML, Javascript, CSS, Liquid Template Language, and APIs, and have experience with marketing automation platforms like Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, and Hubspot, CRM applications like Salesforce or MS-CRM Dynamics, Content Management Systems like WordPress, AEM, Acquia, and Analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau. The role is remote in India, preferably in Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, or Mumbai, and requires flexible work hours.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in the MarTech industry in a marketing ops, support, associate consulting, or implementation role
  • You are not afraid to log in to a new software application and use it, or to Google new concepts you did not know before
  • Excellent communication, time management, and task prioritization skills
  • You know how to self-educate and know when to ask for help
  • You enjoy business and technical problem-solving for clients and think outside of the box
  • Work well individually and as part of a team
  • You are ambitious and want to grow your career at PathFactory, and are willing to take steps to grow and showcase your ambition
  • 1+ year of experience in HTML, Javascript, CSS, Liquid Template Language, and APIs

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot any issues our clients face and triage them as needed with other teams at PathFactory
  • Effectively configure our platform for new clients in a way consistent with their strategic requirements, and while being ready to pivot on the fly to address any changes required
  • Drive the adoption and effective use of the PathFactory platform for our clients. Act as the strategic advisor for your assigned clients by developing a deep understanding of client use cases and by combining your business problem-solving and technical skills to help create optimal paths toward resolution
  • Provide valuable feedback and insights by supporting our clients’ use of the platform to help improve the product itself
  • Convey empathy to clients by practicing active listening and re-iterating goals and issues shared
  • Work with client Success Managers to design and develop scalable solutions leveraging the PathFactory platform, creating tangible value for our clients
  • Translate reports and analytics into actionable insights for our clients

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in the following platforms is highly desirable: Marketing Automation Platforms like Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, and Hubspot, Client Relationship Management applications like Salesforce or MS-CRM Dynamics, Content Management Systems like WordPress, AEM, Acquia, Analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau
