Associate Solutions Consultant

Summary

The Associate Solutions Consultant will support the Solutions Engineering team by working on internal process improvements and external/deal specific projects. They will collaborate closely with the Solutions Consulting team to prepare demos, maintain tools, and track progress across multi-month projects. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has experience managing multiple complex projects.

• Comfort working directly with customers
• Ability and interest in understanding Docebo processes and business drivers, both within the Solutions Engineering organization and across related teams (Proposals, Sales, Post-sales, Professional Services, Customer Experience, Product)
• Proficiency in office automation suites (Google Suite, Microsoft Office), experience with typical knowledge and document management platforms (Confluence, Sharepoint)
• Beginner understanding of HTML, CSS, design skills, basic experience with image and video processing tools
• Familiarity with APIs, Webhooks and other integration technologies at a high level

Responsibilities

• Internal Process Improvement Projects, such as maintaining Solutions Consulting’s Master Demo platform, internal documentation, and RFX Knowledge library
• External/Client Facing Project, such as assisting Docebo’s Solutions Engineering team with requirements gathering, RFP responses, demo builds, trial check-ins, and solutions blueprints

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to travel to Canada & United States
