Summary

Join EcoVadis' Enablement & Solution Consulting team and become a trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them on their sustainable procurement journey. As a Solution Consultant, you will leverage your sustainability expertise to provide solution demonstrations, develop additional services, and train frontline teams. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, to ensure customer success. This role requires a passion for sustainability, knowledge of relevant regulations, and excellent communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in the sales process and customer experience, contributing to EcoVadis' mission of guiding companies toward a sustainable world. Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise in sustainability, with up-to-date knowledge of the supply chain regulatory landscape and trends in sustainability reporting
  • Adaptability is key: the ability to navigate a fast-growing organization and take a flexible approach in the dynamic, fast moving field of sustainability, ESG and sustainable procurement
  • Experience in delivery of consulting services involving multiple stake-holders
  • 2-3 years' experience in a related position
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred (Sustainability and/or Business)
  • Critical reasoning skills in order to identify problems and provide solutions quickly
  • Analytical, organized, detail-oriented and disciplined. Proven fast learner and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills are key. One of any of the additional languages like Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean are a must
  • Ability to constructively work across a team and to collaborate is required

  • Open minded, curious and clear passion for sustainability and driving a positive impact on the planet and society

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high quality solution demonstrations and answer prospects’ and customers’ functional and technical questions (meetings, tenders/questionnaires, overall RFx process)
  • Work with large clients to develop and deliver additional services when specific sustainability expertise is required to support customer programs, with a particular focus on EcoVadis’ evolving reporting capabilities and regulatory due diligence support
  • Continuously support frontline teams, prospects and customers to better understand EcoVadis solution capabilities in relation to their sustainability priorities and program expectations
  • Facilitate and deliver training to frontline teams on sustainability topics and solutions
  • Provide feedback by relaying solution enhancements and future roadmap requirements to Solutions and Rating Methodology teams, acting as an advocate for prospect and customer needs to the business, intensifying issues quickly
  • Support a variety of relevant projects to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the Sales and CS teams through Solution Consulting. Examples include collaboration with marketing on thought leadership and content development, designing proof of concept deliverables for customers to compliment platform capabilities, working with IT and Solutions team to improve the demo platform
