Associate Staff Engineer

Summary

Join Nagarro, a rapidly growing Digital Product Engineering company, as a Reltio MDM expert. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Reltio MDM solutions, integrating with various enterprise systems. This role requires extensive experience configuring and customizing the Reltio platform, managing data models, and ensuring data quality and compliance. You will also provide technical guidance and training. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Reltio, Azure Relational Databases, and API integrations, along with a deep understanding of data governance. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.

Requirements

• Total Experience: 5+ years
• Strong expertise in configuring and customizing the Reltio Connected Data Platform components, including entities, relationships, attributes, and workflows
• Strong experience in Azure Relational Databases
• Hands-on experience implementing Reltio MDM solutions for data integration, matching, survivorship, and enrichment
• Proficiency in developing and managing API integrations between Reltio and other enterprise systems
• Deep understanding of data models, hierarchies, and relationships to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Experience monitoring and optimizing Reltio platform performance and scalability
• Strong skills in data cleansing, profiling, and migration activities within the Reltio environment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving Reltio-related configuration, integration, and workflow issues
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into Reltio MDM solutions
• Experience providing technical guidance and training to team members and end-users
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
