Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support company-wide for Salesforce and integrated tools
  • Troubleshoot common issues and direct users through corrective steps
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand issues and offer solutions
  • Identify system bugs and begin initial triage
  • Collaborate with product teams on system issues
  • Support all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup and access requests

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two-year degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
