Requirements

• University or TEI degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Willing to work in shifts
• Excellent knowledge of Windows and MS Office
• Basic knowledge of Computer networks (TCP/IP)
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Windows Domains
• Excellent use of the English language (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Provide support on the Common Use Terminal Equipment platform (C.U.T.E.)
• Manage installation and testing of C.U.T.E. stations
• Train & support C.U.T.E. users
• Perform maintenance and upgrading procedures
• Event logging and monitoring through systems
