Associate Technical Integration Engineer

Summary

Black Crow AI is seeking a charter member Associate Technical Integration Engineer to join their team for a 4 month contract. The position involves managing new partner onboarding, diagnosing and debugging issues, working with engineering on developing new integrations, and communicating with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate has a technical degree or completion of a technical bootcamp, experience in debugging client-side javascript, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, flexibility, and an insatiable curiosity.

Requirements

• Technical Degree or completion of a technical bootcamp
• Experience and comfort with debugging client-side javascript
• A solid understanding of how the Internet works
• Excellent written and spoken communication; can simplify complex topics into clear and impactful summaries and presentations

Responsibilities

• Manage all new partner onboarding
• Work directly with Client Partnership and Client Success teams to ensure new and existing partners are setup for success technically through a ticketing system
• Make and suggest enhancements to improve the scalability and success of our partner onboarding
• Debug potential integration issues
• Communicate brilliantly and develop strong relationships at all levels, internally and externally
• Work directly with partners to understand their needs and constraints in regards to our integration and onboarding
