Summary

Join MeridianLink as an Associate Technical Project Manager and provide oversight and facilitation to Engineering projects and scrum teams. You will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, resolving challenges by offering expertise, identifying resources, and facilitating discussions. Lead scrum or project teams, educate team members on agile processes, and utilize JIRA for support and reporting. Gather data from end-users to create technical specifications and serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments. Keep leadership informed of key issues impacting projects. Requirements

  • Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines
  • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action with assistance
  • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions with assistance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Effectively lead existing scrum or project teams, with support and guidance from seasoned project managers (s) or management
  • Educate team members on agile processes with assistance
  • Use JIRA to support teams, including report generation with assistance
  • Gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments and Sr. role to ensure that all targets and requirements are met
  • Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with JIRA and Agile
