Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree
- You have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment
- You are extremely detailed oriented
- You have strong presentation skills
- You’re proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- You are resilient and determined – you’re up for a challenge and create efficiencies within your work so you can handle more tasks and responsibilities than the average person
- You are responsive and meet requested deadlines
- 2 years of digital marketing or affiliate marketing experience, OR training experience
Responsibilities
- Support the team that oversees the training and onboarding for the company, including building training schedules and scheduling meetings
- Build and support content creation in our learning management system for internal training, onboarding and development
- Identify and create training materials and resources
- Work with team leaders to enhance the execution of trainings and development initiatives from start to finish
- Provide platform and program support for the team for ones that we use across the company
- Support companywide professional development workshops and associated projects, including sourcing, scheduling, themes, and more
- Build event calendars for the teams to identify webinars, conferences and events to continue professional growth and keeping up with trends across digital marketing industries
- Identify areas of opportunity and efficiency in processes and best practices
- Work up to independently leading and managing training projects
- Maintain a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry and become well versed in speaking about trends and initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a learning management system (LMS) is a plus
