Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and verify information provided by insured parties to accurately determine policy premium bases
  • Conduct thorough audits
  • Prepare detailed reports
  • Communicate findings to insurance carriers
  • Efficiently manage assigned tasks and prioritize work
  • Conduct voluntary phone audits by analyzing electronically submitted information and requesting additional details from policyholders via phone or email
  • Create comprehensive audit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards
  • Submit reports for review and make necessary revisions
  • Consistently meet or exceed established quality and productivity benchmarks
