Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in automation architecture, mathematical and data analysis, and software system architecture
  • Extensive hands-on experience with UiPath and programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, .NET, R, SQL, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of cloud-based deployments and leveraging RPA in SaaS-based systems
  • Proficiency in using version control tools such as Git, Subversion, or Team Foundation to manage repositories and set up CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Pivotal Tracker, and a deep understanding of continuous integration, testing, deployment, and release methodologies
  • Solid understanding of RPA best practices and technical architecture principles, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions
  • Expertise in integrating UiPath with enterprise systems, databases, web services, and third-party applications using APIs and RESTful services
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, diagnosing and resolving complex automation and infrastructure issues
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, hiring and managing small teams in a player-coach model, with an ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to various stakeholders
  • Commitment to continuous learning, keeping up with industry trends, best practices, and UiPath updates

Responsibilities

  • Provide technology direction and leadership for the development and deployment of automation solutions
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify areas for automation, delivering innovative RPA solutions (UiPath) and data analytics
  • Lead RPA implementations, driving end-to-end workflow automation across multiple projects
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define automation strategies, assess feasibility, and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Oversee the use of UiPath Orchestrator for managing robot deployments, scheduling, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability
  • Regularly update stakeholders and senior leadership on project status and present at executive-level meetings when necessary
  • Document processes, technical designs, procedures, and provide training to staff and stakeholders
  • Attend daily stand-up and team meetings, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines
