Summary
Join Axonius, a rapidly growing cybersecurity company, as a Test Automation Engineer. You will develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and PyTest, implementing and executing UI, API, and functional tests. Collaboration with developers and product managers is key to defining testing strategies and ensuring high-quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years of experience in test automation, strong Python and PyTest skills, and experience with Playwright or Selenium. Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in test automation and software testing
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTest for automation scripting
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium or other UI and end-to-end testing framework
- Experience working with MongoDB for test data validation
- Familiarity with GitHub, TeamCity or equivalent
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Ability to debug, analyze, and troubleshoot test failures efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and PyTest based on Playwright
- Implement and execute automated UI, API, and functional tests
- Design and execute test cases for both backend and frontend applications
- Work with MongoDB for test data management and validation
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to define testing strategies
- Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report defects
- Continuously enhance automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure best practices in test automation and maintain high-quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with performance and security testing practices
