Automation Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or similar relevant field
• Previous experience working as a highly productive Individual Contributor on a complex software product
• Writing test automation in JavaScript
• Ability to work fully remote but must reside within New Zealand
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure that our SaaS platform, product, and tools function appropriately
• Write automated tests to ensure stable and reliable releases
• Define test plans that cover typical customer use cases and business scenarios
• Load testing with larger volumes
• Assist the customer success team with troubleshooting and identifying bugs
• Reporting and documenting issues
• Reviewing functional changes
• Working closely as a team by actively participating

• React web app experience
• NodeJS CLI tool experience
• Snowflake integration experience
• OIDC integration experience
