Senior QA Automation Engineer

Summary

Join IT Labs as a Senior QA Automation Engineer! Contribute to the successful execution of testing strategies, enhance our testing processes, and promote a quality-first mindset across the organization. This is a contracting position for 12 months initially (potential for extension) with local working hours and a full-time schedule.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Test Automation
• Proficiency in Python
• Extensive experience using automated testing tools like Pytest and Rest Assured
• Solid knowledge of DevOps, including tools like Gradle, Jenkins, and Docker
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to identify issues in the testing process, tools, or infrastructure, and the ability to propose and drive meaningful improvements
• Proficient in building Test Automation Frameworks in a continuous delivery/continuous testing environment
• Proven experience in creating and managing CICD pipelines for seamless integration and delivery
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development processes
• Capable of identifying and solving testing and quality challenges, using strategic and innovative solutions
• A collaborative team player who values effective communication and enjoys working closely with others
• Skilled in balancing automation with manual exploratory testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage
• A critical thinker with curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Organized and comfortable working in an innovative, fast-paced environment

Benefits

• This is a contracting position for 12 months initially (potential for extension)
• The position is full time 40 hours per week (no part-time option available)
• The position has local (CET) working hours
• Salary is paid monthly in gross US Dollars
