Summary

As a member of the PaaS/SaaS development group, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for AI-based applications. Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define test strategies, create and execute automated test cases, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work with developers to resolve issues. This role requires strong programming skills, experience with automation tools, and familiarity with AI/ML-based systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation
  • Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress
  • Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience testing AI/ML-based systems or data-driven applications
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and Postman
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
  • Excellent analytical and debugging skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for AI-based applications
  • Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies
  • Create and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
  • Analyse test results, identify root causes, and work with developers to resolve issues
  • Ensure high test coverage and maintain test documentation
  • Contribute to best practices in automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or compliance domains
  • Exposure to testing data pipelines, model outputs, and AI explainability
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
