This role requires a no-code/low-code specialist with proven experience using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and n8n to integrate automation solutions across various business functions. You will design, develop, and maintain automated workflows, optimize business processes using AI, and support teams in accounting, operations, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate possesses strong API integration understanding, data structuring skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Requirements

• Proven experience with no-code/low-code automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Lindy.ai, etc
• Strong understanding of API integrations and data structuring best practices
• Hands-on experience integrating automation across business tools like QuickBooks, Bill.com, Asana, HubSpot, Slack, Fireflies.ai, and Google Workspace
• Ability to analyze business processes and implement AI-driven solutions for productivity gains
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to document automation workflows

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, and Lindy.ai
• Integrate automation across key platforms, including QuickBooks, Bill.com, Asana, HubSpot, Slack, Fireflies.ai, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Clay.ia, Instantly.ai, and more
• Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline business processes using AI and automation
• Ensure data is structured, processed efficiently, and outputted in a structured manner
• Support various teams (accounting, operations, sales, and marketing) by automating repetitive tasks and creating scalable solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to maintain operational efficiency
• Provide documentation and training to internal teams on implemented automation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting teams in accounting, operations, sales, or marketing is a plus
