Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of pre-sales experience in Microsoft Dynamics Supply Chain or 6 years of delivery in D365 Manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply chain with a focus on Manufacturing, Planning, Advanced Warehousing
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven track record of successful presales engagements
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored D365 F&O solutions
- Lead presales engagements, including solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts
- Proven knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain features and process using Dynamics 365 Supply Chain, including but not limited to Production, Planning and Optimization, Order Management, Warehouse and Transportation
- Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using D365 F&O
- Create detailed solution architectures and implementation plans
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams
- Stay up to date with the latest D365 F&O developments and industry trends, including Power Platform, Azure, and AI-driven ERP enhancements
- Be diligent to locate additional Microsoft services like Power Platform, Power Apps, and Data Modernization
- Support the sales cycle by preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and participating in bid defenses
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus
