• Are an Automation Expert: You’re highly skilled with Zapier, Make, n8n, Google App Scripts, and other workflow automation tools
• Have Solid Experience in Automations: You’ve explored tools like OpenAI, Zapier, or Gemini and understand how they can enhance automated workflows
• Have Technical Proficiency: You’re comfortable with APIs, basic scripting, and integrating platforms and services
• Are a Process Thinker: You love mapping out workflows, spotting inefficiencies, and building better systems
• Have a Data-Driven Mindset: You enjoy working with data—managing it, cleaning it, and using it to drive improvements
• Prioritize User Experience: You always keep participant and client satisfaction at the center of your solutions
• Are Detail-Oriented and Quality-Focused: You rigorously test and refine automations to ensure reliability, scalability, and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy automations and AI-driven tools that streamline participant support, lead generation, and internal operations
• Develop integrations across platforms using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n and custom scripts, connecting disparate systems into cohesive, efficient workflows
• Analyze, redesign, and optimize internal workflows to boost efficiency and scalability
• Ensure that every solution you design prioritizes the participant and client experience
• Manage, clean, and transform data to fuel automated workflows and provide insights for decision-making
