Join Secfix's GTM team as a Demand Generation expert and play a key role in driving the company's growth. You will own the full lead generation cycle, utilizing tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, and HubSpot. Responsibilities include identifying target accounts, qualifying opportunities, booking discovery meetings, designing outbound campaigns, and delivering key insights to the CEO. The ideal candidate possesses 0.5–2 years of experience in a relevant field, fluency in English and German (C2 level), and a passion for building relationships and systems. Requirements
- ����🇧 English (fluent) and 🇩🇪 German (C2 level)
- 0.5–2 years of experience in sales, operations, business development, GTM, VC, or a fast-paced startup
Responsibilities
- Own the full lead generation cycle – from identifying target accounts to qualifying and nurturing high-potential opportunities
- Use tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, and HubSpot to streamline your workflow and build a high-converting pipeline
- Book and prep discovery meetings that set the stage for smooth, high-quality handoffs to sales
- Design, test, and optimize outbound campaigns, using data to continuously improve performance
- Deliver key insights and metrics directly to the CEO, influencing top-level strategic decisions
- Define, implement, and refine GTM processes and automations to build a scalable, high-performing function
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate market learnings into product and GTM enhancements
- Help architect the GTM engine – building the strategy, systems, and playbooks that will scale with our growth
