Summary

Join our client's rapidly growing Paid Media Team as a highly analytical and results-oriented AVP, Paid Search Manager. This fully remote, 3-month (with possible extension) W2 position offers a $50 hourly rate and benefits. As a key member, you will lead SEM strategy, manage multiple client accounts and large campaign volumes, and drive innovative solutions. You will be responsible for campaign optimization, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration. This hands-on role requires strategic thinking, tactical execution, and a collaborative spirit.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, demonstrating a proven track record of success in driving significant growth and ROI
  • Experience managing large campaign volumes is crucial
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and ideally Search Ads 360
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies, forecasts, and budgets for multiple clients across various verticals (B2C focus, B2B experience a plus)
  • Own the full lifecycle of paid search campaigns, from planning and execution to ongoing optimization and reporting
  • Leverage your expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Search Ads 360 (preferred) to maximize ROI and achieve ambitious performance goals
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and presenting campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign performance through testing, automation, and the adoption of new technologies (including clients internal AI-powered copywriting tool)
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies and scale operations
  • Work closely with analytics, social media, and organic search teams to ensure seamless cross-channel integration and maximize campaign impact
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Leverage data to inform strategic decisions, track campaign performance against KPIs, and provide insightful reports to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on both B2C and B2B campaigns (B2C focus preferred); experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with a wide range of Google Ads tactics (RLSA, Customer Match, Discovery Ads, GDA, Gmail, etc.)
  • Understanding of the broader digital media landscape, with experience in other paid media channels (social, programmatic) a plus
