Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling AWS services, with a proven track record of success
- Deep understanding of AWS products, services, and pricing models
- Established and strong connections with AWS representatives, preferably with experience working in an AWS Partner organization
- Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate client needs to technical teams
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals
- Strong customer orientation, with the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. AWS certifications are a plus
- Experience working alongside technical teams, particularly in a DevOps and cloud environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote AWS services to new and existing clients
- Identify and engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and coordinate with the DevOps and cloud teams to propose tailored AWS solutions
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with AWS representatives to enhance collaboration and partnership opportunities
- Work closely with AWS representatives to leverage AWS resources, co-sell opportunities, and ensure the company maximizes its benefits as an AWS Partner
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth
- Work alongside the company's DevOps and cloud experts to translate client needs into technical requirements and ensure the successful implementation of AWS solutions
- Support the DevOps and cloud teams in preparing and presenting detailed proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of AWS services
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company goals
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of AWS solutions
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
