Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management role, preferably in healthcare technology or data services
- Expertise in pre-sales and post-sales solution configuration, with a strong ability to translate client needs into technical solutions
- Deep understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, standards, and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Strong proficiency in data integration methods, APIs, and cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams
- Skilled in project management, capable of managing complex client requirements and balancing multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical counterpart to Sales, providing in-depth product expertise and consultation during the pre-sales, growth, and renewal phases
- Customize and configure Komodoβs data and software solutions to align with client-specific needs and drive value
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering, ensuring that client feedback informs product development and enhancements
- Conduct solution demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept projects to showcase Komodoβs capabilities
- Guide solutions through Komodoβs internal review and approval process, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure feasibility
- Provide ongoing technical support for complex implementations, working with clients to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful solution adoption
- Contribute to building reusable technical assets, such as demo environments, integration templates, and best practice guides
