Summary

Join a leading provider of advanced sales engagement and dialer solutions as a B2B Appointment Setter. This fully remote role (8 AM - 8 PM EST) focuses on driving outbound cold calling and follow-up efforts to generate qualified appointments. You will conduct cold calls using a proven script, engage potential customers, and manage follow-ups with leads. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments with decision-makers, maintaining a strong prospect pipeline, and using CRM systems for accurate tracking and collaboration with the sales team. Success is measured by meeting appointment-setting targets, delivering engaging conversations, maintaining accurate CRM records, and receiving positive feedback from sales teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in B2B environments (B2B experience is a plus but not required)
  • Demonstrated success in handling outbound calls with high call volumes
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) with an American-sounding accent
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural phone presence and engaging personality
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn and use CRM and dialer software
  • Comfortable working with sales scripts and following structured outreach processes
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Positive attitude with a professional phone manner that aligns well with the brand

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to targeted businesses using a simple, proven script to introduce the client’s dialer solution
  • Engage potential customers by clearly communicating product value and setting qualified appointments
  • Reach out to opt-in leads who have shown interest but have not converted within the last 60+ days
  • Maintain consistent and professional follow-ups to nurture these leads and drive appointment booking
  • Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers and ensure they are ready and informed for sales conversations
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach and lead nurturing
  • Use CRM systems to track calls, update lead statuses, and manage appointment calendars accurately
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and optimal conversion rates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
  • Delivering engaging, professional conversations that build rapport and advance leads through the sales funnel
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to ensure pipeline hygiene and smooth sales handoffs
  • Positive feedback from sales teams on lead quality and appointment readiness
