Summary
Join Sand Cherry Associates as a Senior B2B Sales Executive and drive revenue growth by selling consulting services to Fortune 100-500 companies. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, developing sales materials, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B consulting sales and proven success in driving revenue growth and acquiring new clients. The position is remote, but requires US residency and occasional travel. You will collaborate with the Account Director and Resourcing team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Compensation includes a mix of salary, commission, and benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years experience in B2B consulting sales, specifically selling consulting services to large enterprise organizations across multiple industries preferably in technology or data environments
- Senior level sales leadership experience needed
- Proven successful metrics in driving revenue growth, managing large-scale, complex sales processes, and acquiring new greenfield clients
- In-depth understanding of the consulting services industry, including current trends, challenges, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to identify, build, and sustain high-level relationships with C-suite executives and senior level decision-makers
- Proven record of generating and managing a robust lead list, employing various strategies and tools to identify, reach and close new clients
- Experience in creating and developing sales materials to support business development and enhance client engagement
- Experience building pitch decks, contracts, and RFP responses is a must
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to craft and implement effective sales strategies tailored to engage new clients and drive revenue
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively
- Advanced negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing multi-faceted sales contracts
- Demonstrated ability to successfully utilize Salesforce, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and any other related tools or software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a strong focus on acquiring new greenfield clients within the Fortune 100-500 sector with a primary focus on Program Management roles
- Ability to establish new clients within 3 months of hire and continue to acquire new clients each quarter thereafter
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive lead list by identifying potential clients, researching key decision-makers, and employing strategic outreach methods
- Continuously expand your network to generate new leads and identify opportunities
- Create and develop compelling sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and case studies, tailored to meet the needs of potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our consulting services
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each client, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business objectives and aligning our consulting services accordingly
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to diagnose client needs, present tailored solutions, and drive complex sales cycles from initial engagement to closing
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities to effectively position Sand Cherry’s services and drive competitive advantages
- Work closely with the assigned Account Director to build a team of resources for each sales engagement
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality output and fosters long-term relationship building with clients
- Collaborate with the Resourcing team to align project delivery with client expectations and ensure that the necessary resources are in place for successful engagement execution
- Ensure sales are structured to meet or exceed appropriate revenue and margin goals
- Develop strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining high service quality and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting, providing regular updates to the Managing Director and contributing to strategic planning
Preferred Qualifications
Masters or MBA degree is preferred
