Requirements
- Solid experience in hybrid roles combining Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, with a strong emphasis on manual testing
- Proven ability to analyze requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and structure user stories that align with both business needs and technical feasibility
- Hands-on experience executing manual QA processes, including writing test cases, performing exploratory testing, and reporting defects
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for test case management, execution tracking, and backlog coordination
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows, including participation in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and QA planning
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking for identifying edge cases and inconsistencies
- Ability to work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure feature readiness and testability
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to support documentation, issue reporting, and cross-team collaboration
- Advanced English level
