Back Office Analyst

This remote position involves conducting thorough property research using online resources, compiling reports for clients, and ensuring compliance with state requirements. You'll play a vital role in real estate closings, contributing to significant life events for our clients. Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience in Real Estate or construction in the USA
• Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1)
• Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strong communication skills
• Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule (surcharge would apply)
• Distraction-free work environment for home
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to any offer of employment
• Language: English (Required)

Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects comply with state requirements
• Contact municipal government to validate construction permits
• Assist in the processing of permits in the USA, and their requirements
• Perform property due diligence using Google, Municipal Websites, and other online resources
• Compile reports and send this information to our respective clients
• Other duties, as assigned
