Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for dealing with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify client identification documents in accordance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies
  • Ensure that all required forms are properly filled out and all client information is accurate and compliant with legal and regulatory standards
  • Manage the onboarding workflow for new clients, ensuring timely and efficient account setup
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to flag potential risks or inconsistencies in documentation
  • Provide assistance to clients in completing their onboarding process when needed
  • Accurately enter and maintain client data in the CRM and other internal systems
  • Update client records promptly in accordance with any changes, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Serve as a point of contact for new clients, providing professional and timely assistance through emails, calls, or live chat
  • Resolve client queries regarding the onboarding process or account setup, escalating issues as necessary
  • Continuously review and improve the onboarding process for efficiency and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Compliance, IT, Customer Support) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Prepare reports on client onboarding progress and issues for management
  • Keep thorough records of client interactions, ensuring proper documentation is available for audits or regulatory checks
