Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and champion marketing strategies for small business customers
- Work with a diverse group of business owners from various industries
- Build marketing plans and implement technology processes
- Drive growth for assigned businesses
- Gain knowledge and receive training on marketing technology, processes, automation, tv advertising, search, social media, and business operations
- Engage in ongoing self-learning to keep up with the fast-paced marketing landscape
- Maintain constant professional communication with team members and clients, providing direction, overcoming objections, and managing expectations
- Implement diverse marketing strategies, including brand and content marketing, paid advertising, CRM, email marketing, social media, and video/OTT advertising
- Develop marketing strategies for clients and use data to optimize performance, effectively communicating the reasoning behind decisions
- Identify and upsell additional services or strategies to benefit clients
- Utilize various platforms such as Marketing 360ยฎ, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Ads, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Websites 360ยฎ, WordPress, and Shopify to implement digital marketing strategies
Benefits
- Base salary of $30,000 per year plus commission and bonus
- Eligibility to earn commission typically begins in the second or third month of hire
- Average first-year income of ~$55,000, with potential for $20,000 annual income growth
