Backend Developer

Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a part-time, remote Backend Developer! Based in Latin America and fluent in English, you will contribute to backend infrastructure development and optimization using GoLang and Terraform. You will manage and automate infrastructure, support CI/CD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This six-month contract position offers a monthly salary between $1,500 and $2,000 USD, depending on experience. The role is for an independent contractor through a payroll platform and offers remote work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer
• Proficiency in Golang and Terraform are a must
• Experience with CI/CD automation and container creation workflows
• Intermediate to high level of English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to backend infrastructure development and optimization
• Develop and maintain scalable services using GoLang
• Manage and automate infrastructure using Terraform
• Support CI/CD automation and container workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and scalability

Preferred Qualifications

IBM Cloud experience is a strong plus
