Backend Lead - Kotlin

Summary

The job is for a Technical Expert in software development who will work on Kotlin services and an extensible platform for products and partners. The candidate should have 4+ years of professional experience in software development, be familiar with git, pull requests, and code review processes, and have great communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• You collected 4+ years of professional experience in software development, covering backend, and API integration
• You recognise the value of software quality standards
• You know how to write distributed, and resilient services in Kotlin (or Java)
• Experience in Kotlin (or Java) is a must
• You are familiar with git, pull requests, and typical code review processes

Responsibilities

• You will be a technical expert within your cross-functional team and across the entire organization
• You encourage a collaborative environment among engineers, product owners, and designers to tackle interesting challenges and deliver customer-centric value
• You architect, develop, and operate Kotlin services
• You develop and improve an extensible platform for our products and partners

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB) is a plus
