Backend Software Engineer

Summary

Join the Search Ads team to work on large-scale distributed storage and architecture projects, focusing on NLP, LLM, Ranking, and Recommendation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and features.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant majors
• Excellent programming skills in C++/Golang
• Debugging and optimization skills in general purpose programming languages

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of a large-scale Ads system, including recall/ranking/relevance modules
• Participate in the development and iteration of Ads models

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge in one of the following areas: large-scale distributed system, backend service, machine learning, full stack
• Industry experience in one of the following domains: Search Infra, Ads Infra, Recommendation System, ML Infra
• Good understanding in one of the following domains: Online Advertising System, Ads Delivery System, Search Engine
• Good collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams
