Backend Software Engineer

Summary

Join In Tandem as a Software Engineer (Backend) and contribute to features that simplify daily life for families using OurFamilyWizard. You'll collaborate with a product team, working on a platform that helps families navigate co-parenting. The role requires experience in Java development, relational databases, and the Spring Framework. You'll be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to production releases. Requirements

• 3+ years of Java development experience
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
• Experience in the Spring Framework
• Proven experience delivering software applications/features from inception to shipping within a cross-functional team environment
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases and ORM technologies (Spring Boot, Hibernate)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kotlin
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Atlassian products for CI/CD (Bamboo, Bitbucket)
• Experience with Confluent Cloud (Kafka)
• Experience with writing and maintaining tests
• Experience with iterative, agile based software delivery processes
• Experience in legal technology or legal profession in some way
