Requirements

  • Customer-oriented and helpful demeanour paired with a solution-oriented way of working
  • High level of self-motivation and excellent analytical skills to find the best solution for the customer, even for complex problems
  • Good communication skills and ideally enjoy engaging in different languages
  • Familiar with agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban and ideally SAFe

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and support them with our software suite's product usage
  • Support with analysing, documenting and eliminating complex malfunctions that we receive
  • Recognising and eliminating error patterns in our backend and frontend applications
  • Contributing to further developing and optimising our products, features and processes
  • Technical contact person for our customers during commissioning and for the charging infrastructure already in operation
