Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Are welcome JR, MID or SR profiles with experience in disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies and high documentation habilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to work with various stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions in line with business requirements and industry best practices
• Conduct regular testing of disaster recovery plans and backup processes to ensure effectiveness and reliability
• Monitor and report on backup operations and restore processes, addressing any issues as they arise
• Work collaboratively with IT teams to develop data retention policies and procedures
• Provide training and support to staff on backup and recovery processes and tools
• Keep abreast of advancements in backup and recovery technologies, recommending improvements as necessary
