Summary

Join Accel Therapies, a company specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other therapies for children with autism and developmental needs, as a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of treatment plans and programming for your clients. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, supervise and train behavior technicians and program supervisors, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality. Requirements

  • Provide supervision and parent training across center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environments
  • Ability to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be needed
  • Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settings
  • Ability to handle aggressive behaviors and monitor the movement of clients to ensure client and provider safety
  • Pass TB test, immunizations, and background check
  • A Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required
  • A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
  • Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities
  • Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
  • Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations
  • Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
  • Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
  • Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods
  • Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc
  • Maintain 30 billable hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred
