Summary

Join Freedom Powersports as a BDC Associate to delight customers, convert leads, and drive customer loyalty! Manage incoming calls and internet leads about powersports vehicles and motorcycles, communicate effectively with customers via preferred methods, keep abreast of inventory, and perform data entry. Ideal candidate has experience in a BDC/call center environment, e-commerce sales leads, and automotive/powersports internet sales (preferred). Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a BDC/high volume call center environment
  • Minimum of 1 year experience handling e-commerce sales leads
  • Ability to work full time, on-site, Tuesday - Saturday
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills)
  • Energetic and Outgoing Personality
  • Professional, Pleasant, Friendly Demeanor
  • The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers (Persistently Patient)
  • Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads
  • Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about Powersports Vehicles and Motorcycles
  • Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers
  • Answer incoming calls & respond to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text) with exceptional email/writing skills
  • Customer follow up and retention- Follow up with all unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers
  • Keep abreast of incoming inventory and be able to operate software to locate our vehicles quickly and efficiently
  • Data Entry- Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and all interactions with guests into the CRM
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Automotive/Powersports internet sales experience strongly preferred!
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads, desired
