Summary
Saguaro Harley Davidson is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist with experience in e-commerce motorcycle and powersports sales to manage leads, confirm appointments, communicate effectively with customers, and perform other job-related duties. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales BDC or Retail Sales Environment and 1 year of experience handling e-commerce sales leads. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Sales BDC or Retail Sales Environment
- Minimum of 1 year experience handling e-commerce sales leads
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills)
- Energetic and Outgoing Personality
- Ability to work full time, on-site, Tuesday - Saturday
- Professional, Pleasant, Friendly Demeanor
- The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers (Persistently Patient)
- Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads
- Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about powersports vehicles
- Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers
- Sell' Appointments - The goal is to get guests in the showroom to see the vehicle they are interested in and discuss purchase options with a sales associate
- Respond with courtesy, honesty, accuracy and professionalism - If you cannot answer the question, make an honest effort to ensure you get the answer from the right source (no matter what they need)
- Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text) with exceptional email/writing skills
- Customer follow up and retention- Follow up with all unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers
- Keep abreast of incoming inventory and be able to operate software to locate our vehicles quickly and efficiently
- Data Entry - Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and all interactions with guests into the CRM
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads, desired
