Join Bend Health, a company revolutionizing mental health treatment for kids and teens, as a full-time, remote Behavioral Care Manager Lead. This role involves managing and leading a team of Behavioral Care Managers, developing processes to improve member and provider satisfaction, monitoring team KPIs, managing a caseload, conducting evaluations, participating in training, and practicing evidence-based techniques. You will also lead 1:1 meetings with direct reports and collaborate with other clinical team members. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3 years of professional experience in behavioral health, leadership experience, and experience with Google Suites and training practitioners. The salary range is $62,000-$67,000, and Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package.

- 3 years professional experience working in behavioral health or Health Systems
- Leadership experience (professional and volunteer)
- Experience with Google Suites
- Experience training or facilitating practitioner groups
Responsibilities
- Directly manage and lead Behavioral Care Managers
- Develop processes and infrastructure for BCM team, with an aim to improve member satisfaction, provider satisfaction and scale effectively and efficiently
- Monitor team KPIs and a clear framework to measure success and accountability
- Manage caseload and conduct evaluations on a weekly basis, enabling understanding of where the process needs improvement
- Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model
- Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our clients meet their goals successfully
- Lead 1:1 meetings with direct reports
- Partner closely with others in our clinical team, including psychiatric providers, therapists, nurses, and behavioral care managers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Collaborative Care Model
- Masters Degree in Social Work or related field (unlicensed)
