Behavioral Health Coach

Summary

The job is a remote, part-time, freelance role for mental health practitioners to provide telehealth coaching on the 'Intellect' platform, focusing on sub-clinical cases such as stress and procrastination. The candidate should have relevant qualifications and experience.

Requirements

• Has a Master / Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling / Clinical Psychology or ICF Accreditations
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• Candidate must have at least 300 clinical or coaching hours
• Candidate can fluently speak English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health coaching for Intellect's clients
• Support the EAP of the company by providing 1-on-1 telehealth coaching on the application
• Focus on sub-clinical cases such as stress, procrastination, etc

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles is a plus
