Benefits Analyst

Summary

Join Olo as a Benefits Analyst and contribute to the Total Rewards function of this newly public company. You will support the rapidly growing team by providing daily benefits support, maintaining programs and processes, performing audits, assisting with open enrollment, and supporting wellness initiatives. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization. You will work remotely from anywhere in Mexico, contracted through Deel, maintaining a day-to-day relationship with Olo. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, including public company experience
• SHRM certification
• Experience working with a US-based employee population
• Excellent interpersonal skills- you can collaborate and communicate with team members at all levels
• Strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence, problem solve, and implement solutions
• Experience supporting companies or organizations in the technology, international, or M&A space

Responsibilities

• Provide daily benefits support to the Olo team, including answering benefits inbox questions and escalations
• Maintain benefits programs, processes, and structures and recommend process improvements as the business scales
• Perform regular audits of benefits to ensure programs are administered according to plan guidelines
• Help with the annual open enrollment process, including planning meetings, system modifications, testing and employee education, and support the year-end cycle including HRIS systems setup
• Support new wellness initiatives and existing programs and trainings
• Ensure the end-to-end employee benefits experience is effective, efficient, and user-friendly
• Stay up-to-date with market data trends to ensure the competitiveness of our current rewards programs and make recommendations for enhancements
