Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, including public company experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills- you can collaborate and communicate with team members at all levels
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence, problem solve, and implement solutions
- Experience supporting companies or organizations in the technology, international, or M&A space
Responsibilities
- Provide daily benefits support to the Olo team, including answering benefits inbox questions and escalations
- Maintain benefits programs, processes, and structures and recommend process improvements as the business scales
- Perform regular audits of benefits to ensure programs are administered according to plan guidelines
- Help with the annual open enrollment process, including planning meetings, system modifications, testing and employee education, and support the year-end cycle including HRIS systems setup
- Support new wellness initiatives and existing programs and trainings
- Ensure the end-to-end employee benefits experience is effective, efficient, and user-friendly
- Stay up-to-date with market data trends to ensure the competitiveness of our current rewards programs and make recommendations for enhancements
